The Office of Academic Success (OAS) seeks to enhance the educational journey of UNMC students and coordinate resources and develop tools to enhance university-wide student learning objectives, retention, student academic performance, and support student wellness. Students admitted to UNMC programs are among the most academically accomplished. The demands of health science education sometimes outstrip a student’s ability to maintain an adequate learning pace using their customary study habits.
