Course Audit
All COPH courses may be audited (taken on a non-credit basis) with the permission of the course instructor. Students who audit courses are not held responsible for course assignments and receive no credit. The cost for auditing a course is one-half the current tuition credit hour fee.
A course which is audited may be changed to a credit course with permission of the Instructor before the late registration period ends provided that the student meets the course prerequisites.
Audited courses will appear on transcript with indication the course was taken as audit. No grade will be assigned for an audited course.
Auditing a Class
If you choose to audit a class, you’ll need the permission of the instructor. It’s also good to consult your Advisor in the process. Then, you’ll submit the Permit to Audit form to the Registrars office no less than three business days prior to the first day of class for processing. The cost for auditing a course is one-half the current tuition credit hour fee.
