Certificate Programs - 3 Years

The certificate program (as defined in the plan of study) must be completed within three consecutive years.  Course work that would be over three years old at the completion of the degree program cannot be used for the certificate.  The first day of class of the earliest course which appears on the student’s plan of study is the beginning of the student’s certificate education.

MPH Program - 5 Years

The degree program (as defined in the plan of study) for MPH degrees must be completed within five consecutive years.  Course work that would be over five years old at the completion of the degree program cannot be used for a master’s degree.  The first day of class of the earliest course which appears on the student’s plan of study is the beginning of the student’s MPH education.

MHA Program - 5 Years

The degree program (as defined in the plan of study) for MHA degrees must be completed within five consecutive years. Course work that would be over five years old at the completion of the degree program cannot be used for a master’s degree. The first day of class of the earliest course which appears on the student’s plan of study is the beginning of the student’s MHA education.

DrPH Program - 7 Years

The degree program (as defined in the plan of study) for DrPH degrees must be completed within seven consecutive years. Course work that would be over seven years old at the completion of the degree program cannot be used for a doctorate degree. The first day of class of the earliest course which appears on the student’s plan of study is the beginning of the student’s DrPH education.
