Degree Completion
Upon successful completion of all requirements by the deadline dates set by the Program, graduates of the MRC DAO are welcome to participate in the graduation ceremonies in Omaha, Nebraska (May and December only). Graduates will be awarded the Master of Respiratory Care degree.

The online Master of Respiratory Care (MRC) Degree Advancement Option (DAO) allows working Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) who have completed a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program, the opportunity to advance their education and professional goals while working in their home communities. Qualified candidates work with the program director to develop a plan of study that includes coursework and a capstone project designed to match the student's clinical and educational background with their professional goals.
