The Healthcare Quality Improvement subplan provides healthcare professionals with an academic foundation in quality improvement focusing on system and social influence of quality and safety, the design of quality improvement initiatives, and the implementation and evaluation of improvement initiatives. Students enrolling in the Healthcare Quality Improvement subplan must successfully complete the four quality improvement courses as listed below:
