AD 5.0: Leadership Committee
PURPOSE: The responsibilities of this committee are to review and make recommendations on matters related to program policies and procedures.
MEMBERSHIP: The committee shall include:
- Program Director
- Associate Program Director
DUTIES:
- Formulate and implement program policies and procedures
- Formulate and implement any emergency program teach out plan for closure procedures
- Facilitate program evaluation using outcome measures
- Make recommendations to the CAHP administration regarding individual student progression when appropriate.
- Appoint ad committees and consultants as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
