SA 4.0: Student Funds & Finances
PURPOSE
To delineate financial responsibilities and privileges for students enrolled in the Medical Laboratory Science Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIVILEGES
- University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) students shall pay the tuition and fees required by UNMC. See: https://www.unmc.edu/alliedhealth/academics/programs/mls/admission/tuition.html
- All UNMC students are eligible to be considered for scholarship awards, loans, and grants available through the Financial Aid office at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. https://www.unmc.edu/alliedhealth/academics/programs/mls/admission/tuition.html
- A student who withdraws from the Medical Laboratory Science Program during any term for which they are registered is entitled to claim a refund according to the current schedule. - All UNMC students are enrolled as seniors in the University of Nebraska Medical Center and are eligible for all benefits and rights of UNMC students.
- Students enrolled through their home institution are enrolled as visiting senior students at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and are eligible for all benefits and rights of visiting UNMC students.
- Appropriate financial records will be maintained by UNMC on each UNMC student per UNMC policy.
