ITS Video Operations provides the following services to UNMC and the Nebraska Medical Center’s faculty, staff, and students:
- Our standard video conferencing service is centered around Zoom’s cloud-based application.
- Conference and event recording.
- User training for classroom, conference room, and auditorium AV technology.
- Pre event setup and room technology checkout.
- Dedicated video operations helpdesk for internal and external customers to call for assistance
- Dedicated room technology helpdesk for internal customers requiring assistance with a class, meeting or event
